this here is the section for the members of our live band. sometimes they play when the duke can't make it to a show. sometimes they play in addition to the duke. either way, they are awesome and it's time they got their proper introductions. so without further ado:

Seth Damascus-Kennedy

seth will be joining us on keyboards and "drums." he is a madman in the most awesome way possible. he has played with us on several occasions before, most notably our turkish adventure of 2006. he favors terrycloth headbands and has played in various bands with sean for a "great many" years. we listen to a lot of phil collins when we are on the road together.

Crème Brulée, the French Ghost

crème brulée, a.k.a. alex chen, is a total genius. his freezepop resumé includes performing with us at PAX in 2007 and programming the multimedia stuff on our fancy ultra•fresh cd. he plays in some of sean's bands and also has his own project, boy in static. sean plays in that band too. seriously, poke around his website and tell me that kid is not a genius. come on!

oh, and he's also a ghost from france.

Michael Diamonds

michael diamonds was only supposed to play drums on a couple of songs with us, but a few nights into things, he was onstage with us the whole time, playing songs he'd maybe heard once, several years earlier. and doing it well. that's the kind of magic that is michael diamonds. also, he shops at campustown at the mall.

Nice Pete

nice pete is our guitar-smashing intern. he also filled in for sean in 2003 when sean was recovering from his nasty bout with SARS. sometimes nice pete goes by the name inter:sect and makes us amazing remixes.

Izzy Maxwell

izzy is the guy who played guitar on the guitar hero version of "get ready 2 rokk." occasionally he plays it with us live. it is always extremely ass-kicking when that happens.
