return policy: shirts/hoodies are exchangeable as long as they're in new, unworn condition. but i still highly recommend checking out the sizing chart before you order. email me if you need more details.

feel free to put cute stickers on the envelope. also, this may take a while since we are not super-great about checking our PO Box, so add in an extra week or two for shipping.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION / FAQ!
• Please allow several weeks for shipping
(a little more if we're touring). It
usually doesn't take that long, but sometimes we fall a bit behind
since we ship this all out ourselves. Everything ships via first class
or priority
USPS, so there is no tracking info. You'll get a confirmation email
from PayPal, so don't delete that.
• If you need to know the
status of your order, or if you're having technical difficulties with
the order
form, email me and I'll try
to help. Also, once in a great while, PayPal is flaky about sending
me payment
notification emails, so if more than 3 weeks have gone by without receiving
your stuff, you might want to email me and make sure that I received
your order.
• PLEASE make sure that your
PayPal mailing address is current and complete! We will do our best
to work with you in case your accidentally send it to the wrong place,
but
ultimately cannot be held responsible if you have an invalid address
on your account. Also, make sure your PayPal email address is valid/doesn't
go straight to a
spam
filter
in
case we need to email you.
